Best Toner
I've tried other toners over the years and always end up coming back to Lancome. I have extremely dry skin and this toner leaves my skin feeling clean and moist.

My Favorite Since the 80’s
I’ve been using Lancôme’s eye and face makeup removers since the 1980s. I used Effacil back in the day, and as soon as Bi-Facil came out, I switched and have never looked back.
It removes everything easily without a lot of rubbing. It’s simple to use, not heavily scented, and just works. Of course I still cleanse and tone after, but this takes everything off quickly and gently.
After all these years, I still keep it in my routine.

Gentle, Moisturizing Toner
I like this toner a lot. It does not irritate my eyes or skin. I find that if I soak a cotton pad with it and then gently press the toner into my skin, I don't really need an additional cream in the morning. In the evening after I wash my face, I use this to remove any residue and then follow up with a night serum or cream and I wake up looking hydrated. I would continue to purchase this toner. The bottle is big and it lasts me a long time!
