Very efficient
Smells great, very moisturizing and my ugly age spots have been less noticeable, some have totally faded! great product and cheaper than laser or fillers.

Greasy
I'm not sure why everyone really likes this. I found it to be quite greasy feeling. After trying it for a week I just didnt like the way it made my hands feel greasy, so I returned it.

A must have !!!
After a long bout of antibiotics (6 months) to fight off a life-threatening blood infection, I found my skin to be soooo dry and damaged. I immediately remembered the sample size free gift of this miracle hand lotion and I had to buy it. It’s definitely worth the price.

Hand cream with sun screen
I bought this as I’m getting older and needed hand cream and thought the SPF was a good touch as I never give it a thought that I could help my hands along with coverage also. Lancôme always make great products and this is no different. The smell is nice, goes on well and isn’t greasy. I am thankful I bought this. Nice bottle and great for daily use. My hands feel better for using this. I should have taken a picture to compare before and after but they are better for having this cream, that’s for sure.

Worth every penny!
I received a sample of this a few months ago and tried it every day on just one hand. WOW! The freckles are almost invisible now and I'm not getting any further sun damage. Now I'm using it on both hands and can't imagine doing without it.

Nice
This feels good on. Smooth and nice fragrance. I bought it to keep in my car--nicer than typical sunscreen and important to have something with an SPF to use in the car. I haven't used long enough to tell if it really has any lasting impact beyond just moisturizer. I don't think it's worth the cost and I wouldn't buy it again. There's nothing special about this to me.
