Great Tool for Us Gals
I saw a different brand of cleansing water at Target and thought I'd look "cleansing water" up on Nordstrom.com to see what it was all about. I have never been disappointed with Lancome so buying this was a no-brainer. This is a great tool for removing residual make-up that seems to linger even after cleansing. It is great for residual eye make-up and I have experienced no burning when swiping over eyelids. It is in no way harsh like some toners can be - just super refreshing. It is also a perfect solution for those nights when you just don't want to do the whole cleansing routine. Most important, this product is totally refreshing on your face.

The product has changed
I used to buy the product called Eau Fraiche Douceur because it’s rinse free and it left my eyelids and my face clean and refreshed. So I invested on a bigger bottle and I received Eau Micellaire Douceur. It looks the same but the ingredients are different, it has alcohol and my face feels tighter after. I’m very disappointed. The link to the online purchase is confusing because it shows a photo of each like if they are the same product. I decided to email Nordstrom about it before posting a review but I haven’t received a reply.

Unexpectedly Converted
I’m a diehard Trish McEvoy fan and usually buy her Micellar Cleansing Water, but it’s been sold out for some time. I decided to give Lancôme’s version a try. So glad I did! It works just as well, smells better, ‘tastes better’ (when you accidentally get some on your lip), doesn’t tighten my skin uncomfortably AND it’s a huge bottle for half the price. I got it on sale to boot. I will be sticking with this product even when Trish’s comes back in stock.

My "Go To" For Makeup Removal for years
I absolutely love this product - gentle on the skin, and yet gets everything off, even persistent eye make up. I've tried other products over the years - nothing comes close: either they don't work, or they work and your skin is left gunky afterwards.
Just bought it again - was lucky to get it duing 15% off promotion and with purchase, so I feel like million bucks. I would have - and normally do - buy it at full price. If you haven't tried it yet, this is a must try.

Perfect cleansing water!
I’ve tried various cleansing waters and was not happy with them. I love many of Lancôme’s products so I decided to give this a try. The scent is beautiful, removes make-up (including water resistant eye products), and leaves skin feeling soft and refreshed. I follow with a Lancôme cleanser. I like a thoroughly clean face after a day of make-up, sunscreen, and life. I use it nightly and highly recommend it!
