What it is: A dual-effect powder highlighter enhanced with light-reflecting pearls for a smooth, buildable glow.
What it does: This ultra-creamy powder highlighter melts into the skin for a brilliant highlight that doesn't cake. Its wet-dry technology allows for customized highlighting and the ultimate versatility. Use it dry for a subtle glow, or apply damp for a more intense makeup look. The formula is infused with light-enhancing pearls to achieve that beautiful pearly glow, plus vitamin E and triglycerides for a nondrying formula that wears comfortably all day long. The lightweight makeup texture applies smoothly and evenly for a second-skin feel, whether you're using a makeup brush, sponge or your fingers.
How to use: For a natural face glow, pat or dab the product on with your fingers anywhere you want to emphasize your highlight. Dampen the sponge applicator to achieve a more intense strobe. You can use the sponge dry for a buildable makeup illumination.

Creamiest Highlight
I have a million highlighters and was not expecting to get this. Was not even on my radar. I have a collection of highlighters from Becca, ABH, Chanel, Tom Ford, CoverFX, YSL, Hourglass, Bobbi Brown, Natasha Denona, Tarte, MAC, NARS, Burberry, and more, etc etc. I have a lot of favorites, but this one is the absolute creamiest and most interesting textures I have ever felt. It is a powder, but feels creamy and goes on smooth without texture, but looks wet. In a good way, not greasy. Makes your skin look like a healthy, dewy glow. I purchased mine in shimmering buff. Awesome formula! Glad I picked it up after feeling it in store!

Beautiful soft smooth texture
I've tried Becca, Dior highlighter palette and Hourglass but this one has the smoothest texture, it feels like a cream and applies beautifully without prominent glitters nor drying, more like a sheen. It also lasts long and keeps its shininess. Its quality is precious. However, color is a bit disappointed, I bought 01 Shimmering Buff which is the lightest shade and it's a light gold, simply light gold with no shifting. It's pretty but not what I want, I'd prefer a pale/white gold like Hourglass Brilliant or Becca Vanilla Quartz. Below I swatch Lancome besides Becca Vanilla Quartz with and without flash ( L-R: Lancome, Becca ).

Nice Finishing Powder on an Elder’s Face
I love this highlighter powder and have begun using it as my finishing powder for my entire face instead of my usual setting powder. It gives a “lift” to my aging face. I bought the color 01 Shimmering Buff. I’m 69 years old, fair complexion, still have mostly brown hair with gray “highlights.” Because of my age I do have wrinkles and this powder is light and doesn’t seem to “gather” in the wrinkles. I use a big fluffy powder brush however, not the sponge that comes with the powder so my application is light. I’m choosy about my skin and makeup products at this stage of life but this powder will become a staple in my cosmetic drawer.

A touch of Glamour
I wanted something to put a bit of glamour on my face for the holidays. I use a small fan brush and lightly add some sparkle to my high cheekbones. Works beautifully!!! The result is a bit of highlight that brightens my face. Easy to apply and remove.

Too much for a dual finish powder
High shine but not good for dual finish. It should be sold with a brush and be used as only a highlighter. If you use it all over your face, it is way too much. But it does have good shine.
