i’ve been using this serum for years and it helped to lighten the dark spot on my face tremendously. of course it didn’t completely make it disappear the dark spot but has lightened up enough i don’t have to use concealer anymore and that makes me very happy. it also makes my skin velvety smooth. i use it both morning and night after the toner and will continue to use it for youthful appearance

I have used this product since I was 16 or 18 yrs.old. I am now 46. I have been telling everyone that I am 25 & they believe it! Gal at the Lancome counter today ask me where I got my beautiful silver highlights. (That is the only give away of my true age.) Told her that I got stuck like Anna from Frozen because I refuse to dye my hair. My beauty routine consist of Almay oil-free make-up removal, St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub, Lancome Genifique, & Matte Bare Minerals. That is it. Nothing else! Yet I get tons of compliments of my youthful glowing skin. For the inside, I drink water, coconut water on the go & an occasional soda @ restaurants. My friends & even younger sister-in-law ask me what am I doing with my skin treatment regime because they want to know my secret. I started using this stuff when I was 16 because I was sensitive to smells next to my nose. This product has a light pleasant scent. It dries quickly & does not leave a greasy, shiny or oily residue. I have very dry skin, but do not like the smell or oily residue of moisturizers. So, I don't use them. My skin is ok without it. This product services as my go to all & moisturizer. I remember back in college, after swimming class, I put this on & have great skin for the rest of the day. Even with walking several miles on campus in Southern CA heat, it still kept my skin from getting oily & greasy. At times, when I have run out of the product, I noticed the oily skin. Now as a busy mom, during kids drop off & pick up, with simply this one product on, my skin still looks great, even if I have no time for make up.

I use this product with Estée Lauder advanced night repair in the morning and evening, they make my skin glow and smooth. I love this product!

I had some light brown spots on the left side of my face (driver's side) that I had tried using a prescribed compounded spot remover on. Got a sample of Genfique and gave it a try. The spots have faded to near nothing. I use it morning and night. Just bought my second bottle.

Was advised to use other Lancome brands more appropriate for my age in the 60's, but have actually found this serum to be the most effective...great product!

It absorbs quickly into the skin without residue. I have extremely sensitive skin and it does not irritate but improves the youthfulness, especially the smoothness of my skin. I usually beware of concentrate that say you will be more radiant because they make my skin red and irritated, but this does not. I use it after cleansing, then a light moisturizer, then foundation.
