Absolue Powder Radiant Smoothing Powder

I rarely stick with a single product. Most of my life I've been a product junkie, always wanting to try something new. A combination of dissatisfaction, boredom, and the quest for a better product with more promises always beacons. I always believe the promises, few are true. I just purchased my second jar of this, because I ran out. This is something of a miracle for me, my product fidelity being less than admirable. It's simply the best powder that I've ever used. Flawless finish. Luminosity without sparkles. Morphs perfectly into my skin. Does not settle, but morphs. The color warms my skin without changing it. I bought the first one two years ago, and it's lasted this long. Although I don't use it every day, it's the only powder I use now. I'm not even tempted to stray. Highest recommendations.

With much trepidation due to the price, I purchased the Absolute Golden which was a good choice for summer, as it turns out. I am Asian with light/medium tone, dry skin and I tend to tan a little during the summer, even with sunscreen. When I opened the jar, I was surprised with the glitter. I imagined myself looking like a disco ball but brushed it on lightly with a large brush and it looks amazing! It's not drying and the true test is at the end of the day when with other powders I look a little wrinkled. I've experimented using it over just sunscreen, on BB cream and tinted moisturizer. Looks good with all. Love it!

This is one of the few things that I cant go without when I'm streamlining my make-up and skin care routine. A little mascara, brow brush, concealer, blusher, and Absolue Radiant Smoothing Powder and I feel set, along with lip gloss. This powder is light, doesn't cake or settle into lines and creases, it works well over moisturizer or over foundation, it eves out skin tone imperfections, and it never creeps or slides on my skin, no matter how hot or humid the weather. I have dry skin, so I always use a moisturizer first, and if I am going to work or a meeting, I will wear a foundation and then the powder and it all looks natural and yet better than my real skin. I find that this is the easiest of any powder to use and keep m skin looking natural and not made-up - it goes on so well compared to pressed powders or other types of cakes or loose powders. Also, it does not dry my already dry skin - this is a huge plus!

This power is the best! I use the shade Peche to set my foundation/concealer and a light amount as a finishing powder. It makes my skin look super glowy and really smooth!! I also use the shade Golden in the summer when I’m very tan. Lancôme Absolue Powder is the BEST radiant powder ever, and I’ve tried just about everything on the market (high end and luxury).

I have been using this powder for a few years now in the Absolue Peche shade. I receive compliments on my “beautiful skin” all the time. People want to know what my secret is and I tell them this powder!!! It has literally changed the game for me. I hope they NEVER discontinue it. By the way, I am 69 years old!!
