How to use: Begin by applying the primer to your eyelids for intensified color that stays true on your skin all day long. Use various brushes to help you achieve different intensities. A flat, wet brush will deliver more intense color payoff while a dry blending brush creates a soft blendable wash of color. Using your finger will always deliver the best pigment payoff.
