What it does: The first step in The Lancer Method, this retexturizing treatment targets the first signs of aging to reveal glowing, radiant-looking skin in one use. The advanced formula combines soothing chamomile with enzymatic and softer physical exfoliants for a youthful appearance. Extra-fine magnesium crystals gently buff away built-up surface cells, while pumpkin and pomegranate enzymes soften skin and minimize the look of fine lines and wrinkles. Dullness, dryness and uneven texture will be diminished, leaving skin unbelievably soft, smooth and bright. The Lancer Method for sensitive and dehydrated skin is Dr. Harold Lancer's signature regimen of daily exfoliation, cleansing and nourishing.
How to use: Dampen the skin on your face, neck and décolletage with warm water. Apply a small amount of product on your fingertips and gently massage over your face, neck and chest in small, circular motions. Rinse thoroughly.

Exceptional and My New Favourite Polish
This is an outstanding product for anyone who is seriously looking to improve their skin at home. Having tried almost all of the Ultra high end, La Prairie, Natura Bisse, Kate Somerville, this skin care line is the only one that has made a difference in my middle age, "hormonal" skin with some acne scars. I received several samples on the 3 step method in a GWP, since I refused to invest in a new skin care line without 2 weeks of trials. Exceeded my expectations, and the polish was one of my favourite products, it's a serious polish that's wonderfully aromatic, but leaves the skin looking so clear and smooth. I highly recommend this exfoliator, and it is good value for money, you get about 7.2 oz or 200ml, and with daily use I think this will last about 9 months for me, and I'm pretty generous with my application. Fabulous product, and a superb brand overall!

Not worth it.
I've recently purchased Dr. Lancer's new book 'Younger.' I decided to give his products a try. The cleanse and polish method didn't do much for my skin. I expected much more especially because of the price point. I do love his other products such as the Vitamin C Radiance Serum and Glycolic Acid 10x Treatment. I won't buy the cleanser or exfoliant.

Order the Normal Skin Version of This
I had tried a sample of the regular version of this product (this is the sensitive version), and fell head-over-heels in love with it. Thanks very much Nordstrom’s for the sample that introduced me to the regular The Method Polish. But anyway I decided that I’d better go ahead and order The Method in the sensitive version since I am sensitive generally to chemicals. What could it hurt, right? Well, that was a bad idea on my part because this version of the regular product smells unpleasant and has a different sensation on the skin. I reordered the original.

Awesome exfoliator
Was recommended in store - got quickly via mail since store was out of stock. Chanel doesn't have anything similar. Can't fully explain in words how much softer my skin is and products are working better. My esthetician noticed immediately. Expensive but worth it!

Love Lancer's Method
I love the Method from Dr. Lancer. I have sensitive skin and I've used both the "regular" and the "sensitive" versions of their scrub, facewash and moisturizer. They are all excellent, but my skin seems to like the sensitive scrub the best. I can use the regular versions of the wash and moisturizer. I get many compliments on my complexion since I started using Lancer.

Instant Results
I used Chanel for many years until I received my sample product from Lancer. For someone who is reaching 50 and is being told that I look 30 something. This is what we all want to hear. I was hooked immediately. Sorry Chanel. Even though I still use your foundation.
