What it is: A silky, ultrahydrating body cream with 10% glycolic acid to help improve the appearance of skin texture, firmness and tone.
What it does: This high-performance treatment harnesses the anti-aging properties of AHAs and three nourishing African oils, leaving skin smooth and renewed. Glycolic acid effectively exfoliates dead surface cells for noticeable improvement in skin texture and tone. The brand's proprietary Hylaplex® provides long-lasting hydration while improving the look of firmness and elasticity. This luxurious, fast-absorbing formula is also infused with marula, kigelia and kalahari melon seed oils to deliver essential fatty acids to skin to lock in moisture and optimize hydration levels. In one use, skin feels incredibly silky, soft and rejuvenated. The last step in The Lancer Method for body, this nourishing body cream is formulated at a low pH range for effective exfoliation.
How to use: Massage a generous amount onto skin after bathing or showering, avoiding broken or irritated skin. Initially, use once daily. Application can be increased to twice daily unless irritation occurs. Do not exceed two applications daily unless directed by a physician. Do not use immediately after shaving or waxing.

I really don’t care for the scent of this creme, but I must say, it is a miracle creme. Due to the cost,
I use it only 2 times per week, but the results are well worth it.
It enhances skin like no other, and I have tried many. First use the body exfoliant
in the shower- Amazing!

Sounds good
I was excited to try this because I have used exfoliators on my body before.
However, with all the technology, I did not become a happy customer. It was supposed to make help with cell turnover, but all I felt after application was my legs beginning to sweat and I couldn't wait to get it off. Strangest body cream I have ever used.
I will continue with La Mer. Best on the market no question.

Smooth Skin
I'm on my fourth jar! This cream is super emollient and helps smooth the skin because of the glycolic ingredients. It does, however, not have a pleasant smell...more medicinal odor....and may be harsh on sensitive skin so beware.

Silky and nourishing
The Dr. Lancer aesthetician used this on me during a facial and I loved the way it made my skin feel (on my arms and hands). I ordered the Body Nourish after the facial was done and was really excited to receive it. I still love the silky texture on my skin--as it's incredibly softening--but didn't give it 5 stars because the scent is slightly "off" for me. It's not horrible but I'd rather have zero fragrance. That said, the crème will definitely make your skin super soft and on balance, I wouldn't return it for that reason.

My Holy Grail For Dry Skin
I have dry skin. I have tried everything and this really works! I’ve noticed my skin actually feels and stays hydrated. The only problem I have is the smell. But that goes away quickly. This is my holy grail for a body moisturizer

This cream is awesome. I used to wake up with wrinkles on my chest but after using this cream on a regular basis, I don't have that at all. My skin is smoother and with less wrinkles.
