14K Gold Initial Pendant Necklace

I loved this necklace and had it for about 3 weeks. Sadly, it broke and I wasn’t being rough. I then researched and found her items can be fragile and break. I tried to return it because I didn’t feel it should break when I wore it so few times. I didn’t realize you can’t return fine jewelry. They said I could return it and she would repair it. But I had to pay $50 fee but I may get it refunded. I agreed and it will take up to 6 weeks to get it back. I wish I had not bought it.

I order this Lana necklace and an initial necklace from Roberto Coin. I like to wear my necklaces for a couple of days without removal. This necklace has more shine but the chain is uncomfortable as the edges are somewhat sharp and dig into my neck when taking a nap or a night of sleep. I returned this necklace and kept the Roberto Coin
