Lana High Gloss Leather Top Handle Bag

I was looking for a timeless bag, structured, not overly busy. This silhouette feels timeless and yet very of-the-moment. The Dali-esque lock is even prettier in person and serves as the perfect finishing touch. Lana is my second Mulberry bag; I’ve had an Alexa for the last couple of years and it still looks new.

I love this handbag, which works for both daytime and evening. The leather is smooth and supple. I bought Night Sky and the color is dark but distinctly navy. I love the closure which adds an interesting element while remaining understated. The inside is roomy enough for cellphone, credit card case and a few essentials.

I have been Nordstrom's Customer for a long time. This is the first time I am providing a negative Feedback with the Hope that my Feedback Will Help to improve service. I purchased Lana High Gloss Leahter Top Handle Bag size 91/4x61/2x31/3 for $1,595, but received the same style but smaller size bag that cost $1,295 and it came wrapped in plastic. I understand mistakes happen, but I am very disapointed with the service and I Hope this doesn't happen again in the future.
