Ahlina Platform Sandal (Women)

I ordered these in black and found it difficult to tell from the photo if they were nubuck suede or smooth leather. I wanted smooth leather- so before my purchase I contacted customer service to inquire- and was told they were smooth leather. When they arrived- I was dismayed to find I had been given incorrect information - and they were nubuck suede. They fit perfectly and were incredibly comfortable and well-made, but I returned them to purchase the smooth leather version from another store. The sandal is true to size and wonderfully comfortable and attractive- but just be advised they are suede- and if that is not what you are looking for- go elsewhere. Otherwise- great sandals. I just with they would update the description with the correct information!

My foot is on the narrow side and my feet tend slide forward in most shoes. The "toe-stop" on this sandal helps to keep my entire foot from doing so. They were easy and comfortable right out of the box and have an attractive ascetic that allows for a "dress up" or casual option. I wish they were offered in a camel or tan option. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.
