received a used coat- shame on Nordstrom!
Let me start with I bought a size 5 and was too big, so waited till size 4 was available and bought it again, just to be super disappointed in the quality i received! No orig tags, zippers peeling color, smells- how in the world Nordstrom thinks its ok to attach a tag and send it to a customer a coat like that?? I didnt buy it on same therefore I expect brand new! Returning ASAP! Disgusted!
