16 is very fitted
I ordered this necklace in a 16” and thought it would be okay but it felt too tight to me so I’m returning it. I’m debating about ordering the 18 inch. The necklace is very pretty but I don’t dress up much so I’m thinking maybe something else might be a better fit for me.
