Description is wrong, no built in shorts!
This is a cover up, there is not any kind of brief, liner or built in shorts. That being said it looks great over a swimsuit and the fabric is nice. I purchased this on sale and decided to keep it, but without the built-in shorts/liner I would not have kept at full price.
