Gramercy Acclaimed Stretch Pants

This may truly be the best pant ever made! The fit is amazing, the fabric is substantial yet comfortable, the detail of the sewn in mini crease front and back add the little something extra. When I tried these on I thought my sales lady would have to wrestle them off of me! I’m 5’4 and 140 lbs, the 8 was perfect. Truly amazing. Just don’t tell my husband what they cost.

Stretch but with the detailing of pants that are not: zipper and fabric loop closure, stitched crease, wide elastic band at waist. You don't feel like you are wearing yoga pants or pull-up pants; yet they are very comfortable. Nicely tailored. Material has a substantial weight. Easy to care for. Expensive.

The Gramercy Stretch Pants I received recently are great! Their unique seam lines and quality of construction are beautiful. I got the camel tone color that just happens to match a beautiful camel/wool jacket I ordered from the Fall Lafayette 148 collection. What a gorgeous ensemble it makes. This brand of clothing is lovely. It is nice to very gradually collect a few seasonal items Nordstrom carries.

Loved the material, but sizing is off. The grey material is a much lighter color in person. Had to return these pants because the sizing is off several inches in the waist. I wear a standard size 4 and these pants were very baggy in the waist and baggy in the legs too. I would say the sizing on this pant is at least one full size larger than what the tag says. If I were to order these again, I would order a size 2 and start there. I had probably 3 inches of loose fabric in the waist line when I tried on the size 4. Too much to be taken in with simple alterations... This doesn’t seem to be a pant for women sized smaller than a standard size 4.
