the polo is perfect Nordstrom thumbs down
What has happened to Nordstrom customer service? Zero it took over 2 weeks to get it- I could have ordered directly from manufacturer and received it within 3 days- no one at Nordstrom could answer my question- and worst they didn’t even respond- this is the 2nd time the customer care has let me questioning them. 1st time the sold me a used item from there own store. It smelled of someone’s cologne and the tags from the item was 1/2 cut off. Along with a used tissue inside the pocket.

I bought a size up and I am glad that I did. It was a little big at first, but it shrunk a lot after the first wash. Now it fits well in the shoulders, but still a little loose around the waist.
