NEVER GOT TO EVEN TRY THEM ON
I had a family emergency and had to leave town. Meanwhile Nordstroms decided they couldn't hold on to my order, which had already been paid for. Yes, I did receive emails, but I was too busy and worried about my family issue that answering Nordstroms was the least of my worries. I contacted customer service whom did not offer the slightest bit of resolution. I will not be shopping at Nordstroms any longer.
