It’s exactly what I was hoping for. Flowy but thick enough and lined so not be see through. If between sixes, I’d size down. I’m normally a 4 in skirts and the 4 fit great, but I probably could have gone with a 2. While the tie at the waist does not tighten, the waist is elastic and stretchy. It sits at my natural waist and at 5’5” the hem is slightly above the ground when I’m barefoot.

I didn’t love the material of it, very thick. Also it runs a tad bit big so I would size down.

Exactly as pictured
I purchased a size 6. I am 5'8 and waste is 29 and hips are 40. This hangs right on the hips and even then it does not hit the floor like shown on the model. The waste is really big and does not provide and elastic to help it stay on the hips. The ribbon does NOT tighten around the waste. I wasn't really impressed so I returned this.

The adjustable band allows for
The adjustable band allows for a good fit, it is on the longer size of a skirt almost reaching my toes. it’s very summery and something i’ll wear out a lot.
