Lace Midi Dress

I wear a 10 (occasionally a 12) in dresses and ordered an xl. It was way too big. I returned for both a med and large so I can decide. Very pretty dress though. Think it’s going to be very flattering and the colors are beautiful. Good price too.

The unique crochet fabric and style of this dress are amazing, but I had 2 major problems: 1. XS is so small, I could not zip it up. I petite and always wear a 0 or 2 in dresses. Size small is sold out so I can’t re-order to try again. 2. The skirt was constructed with the fabric noticeably off-center. This is such a bold and unique pattern, it seems like a manufacturer defect. Hard to pick up on in the picture, but it’s obvious when I try it on. It’s such a shame because the material is beautiful.

I sized up because a previous review with my same measurements (5’7” and 140lb) said she could barely zip up a size medium. I ordered a medium and it was about 1 size too big for me. Based on the other comments, perhaps there is a lot of variation in the sizing of this dress? Otherwise, it’s a beautiful and unique dress.

Beautiful color and shape. Runs small so size up. Usually a medium but had to reorder a large.

This is a beautiful dress if you have the right body type. It definitely runs a little on the small side and if you have any extra bulk in your stomach area, it accentuates that unfortunately. The lace is delicate and the dress I received had a big pull in it. So if you buy, just know to be careful when wearing!
