Made for no hips gals

It’s soft and the lace trim is pretty. But it’s absurdly oversized and I can’t size down bc I have hips, and the lace portion is stitched exactly to the size of the sweater. So a smaller size would fit up top but would not pull over my hips right. Hope that made sense.
