24k color, not 14k gold tone
I was soooo disappointed in this. My necklace looks like a 24k yellow gold. Super unflattering on my darker skin. This was supposed to be 14k which is a beautiful light gold tone. This is not that, unfortunately. Nice quality, but terrible color.I also ordered the poppy in gold and it looks like rose gold. Super disappointed.See pics.

Beautiful but not the tone of gold I was expecting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a longtime MBM supporter and I was excited for this piece because I love dainty and the poppy was a little too much for me. The necklace is beautiful except that the gold tone of the piece is very very yellow. To the point that it looks fake. I attached a picture next to the MBM locket and live in hoops to show it - it’s not a beautiful classic gold tone I would expect from MBM (it looks even more yellow in person than the photo shows). It kind of ruins it for me.
