La Prairie
La Prairie skin care, makeup and fragrance represent an exquisite fusion of Swiss science, art and rare ingredients. The brand traces its origins to 1930s Switzerland, where a doctor at Clinique La Prairie pioneered cellular anti-aging therapies. La Prairie became the first brand to apply this research to skin care, infusing collections with their exclusive Cellular Complex.

La Prairie Cellular Treatment Loose Powder
After purchasing La Mer loose powder several months ago and using it sparingly, I was reading Nordstrom reviews for information on how long it lasted. After reading about La Prairie's Cellular Treatment Loose Powder from a Nordstrom customer that had had their limit with La Mer's price hike and decrease in powder, I decided to make a leap of faith! I love both manufacturer's products; however, La Prairie's Loose Powder contains a copious amount compared to La Mer's small portion. La Prairies Loose Powder goes on straight over my moisturizer and sunscreen and lasts until I take a shower. It makes my skin look beautiful with a more natural look than a made-up look. My husband comments about how pretty my skin looks! This is my new go to loose powder.

❤️ed the Baby Travel size!
I loved everything about this concept and packaging, except the actual powder. I think I am so used to La Mer and the glowy look, that this felt too matte for me. It left an ivory/ cream colored tint upon application. But I just did NOT like the finished look when you first apply it. I didn't even want to wear it through the day because I looked in the mirror after my makeup and I just felt like it looked dull and dead, it aged me about 5 years. I loved the travel companion idea. La Mer needs to make one of these petite versions for their powder because I would buy it for sure!!!

Treatment loose powder
I really love this powder you can wear it with the tinted moisturizer or the foundation, or just brush it on by it self. I believe the trans 2 has a little yellow in it which is perfect for my skin tone. Even when I brush it on without foundation or tint the color is not pale or chalky. It last for a very long time I never really have to re apply. I also love the travel size jar it is much bigger than I thought so this powder will last a long time. It's totally worth the money. I'm glad this product has been around for a long time. In the past I have found products to be good but then get discontinued. I truly believe that this is a treatment powder because my skin is starting to look better and it's clearing up very nicely.

Luxury at it's finest. Does not disappoint
I used to use the La Mer powder until they increased the price and reduced the product size. I tried La Prairie out of frustration... I am not disappointed!!! It has the same velvetty finish that I was used to. I will stick with la prairie as long as they don't change anything!!!!

Great for brown skin
I'm an EL Sandlewood. This loose powder (#2) looks perfect on my skin -- not ashy or white. The small container is super convenient for your purse and the large container is huge! I swear this stuff makes me look 10 years younger! I feel like I've tried everything and this is my favorite! I highly recommend this.
