Cellular Refining Lotion

What can I say that hasn't been explained or mentioned about the wonderful benefits of the entire La Praire skin care line. The Cellular Refining Lotion is in a league of its own. Used twice a day after you wash your face and prior to moisturizing this product will guarantee you flawless skin for years to come. Yes it is costly, but aren't most of the quality luxuries in life? I've long searched for a toner that would properly prepare my skin for other treatments without leaving that sting of alcohol or astringents. I received a deluxe-size sample with the La Prairie Anniversary Set, and fell in love. I ordered it the day after I tried it. The scent is heavenly and it's incredibly soothing. I use this twice a day on my face and neck, and I couldn't be happier. I have combination skin, and this is enough to balance my skin without that awful sting of more astringent toners. My search for the perfect toner has ended.

I am always in search for the next great toner. From the La Prairie line I have tried them all. Just as I was finishing my Age Management I thought I needed a new toner. To my surprise I had a full bottle of this which I have bought a few months prior and had forgotten about. I used it last night and this morning and I forgot how amazing this toner feels. It is absolutely wonderful. Very mild on the skin yet very effective leaving my skin feeling clean with a very light tingle on the skin. Not the kind of tingle you get from using toners full of alcohol. This tingle is actually very soothing and makes you feel clean. Smell is great too. Not too powerful. I prefer this over the Age Management, but then again I had had the Age Management for quite some time and maybe my skin just got used to it that's why towards the end I couldn't wait to finish it. However this refining toner on combination skin can be used all year round. For myself I prefer to use it in fall, winter and beginning of spring before I pull out my Oil Control and Marine Biology which I switch between during spring and summer as my T-Zone gets a little shiny throughout the day. Also, this bottle will last you forever. You need 3 dollops on a cotton pad enough for your full face neck and decolletage therefore a full bottle lasting ou for probably a year. Great work La Prairie! Keep it up.

I have used both this toner and the balancing/softening toner for over 30 years. I had to return both of these products on recent purchase as suddenly both are heavily perfumed. Something has changed in the ingredients for both products.. The scent is so strong it is unbearable for me and caused my asthma to flair, it bothers my eyes, congesting. La Prairie denies any changes to either product but after decades of using these products, they are definitely different now. I returned this purchase and have changed to a different product line.
