Plunge Velvet & Tulle Ballgown

This dress does not wear anything like the image. First of all, I read that it may be a juniors type sizing so I ordered three different sizes just in case and even the largest one I couldn’t zip up. Also, the skirt is huge, much bigger than how it looks on the model. It is certainly more of a “prom” dress than a sophisticated evening dress in my opinion. The top is a shiny glittery material that looks juvenile and all the excess tulle makes it feel silly on. Just my opinion

Beautiful dress, but the description and sizing is confusing when ordering online. Nordstrom doesn’t La Femme’s size chart available, and also calls it an “evening dress”. If you go off of La Femme’s size chart (which is different for each category/style numbers) for evening dresses, there’s a risk the size is off! This dress is actually a prom dress by Le Femme, which I found out too late.
