Rugby Robe

This is a great robe. Heavy and very warm. I live in the mountains of western NC and it gets cold in the winter. This robe keeps me toasty. Now, having said that, the only th8ng wrong with it is durability. After only a few washings the belt became frayed as did the cuffs. Now 4 years later (bought in 2020) the cuffs are totally becoming undone as has the belt with one of the belt loops completely gone. This started within one year. See photos. I like the robe and will be getting another one today (Aug 24, 2024). I just don’t expect it to last more than a couple of years.

It’s heavier than I expected, but it’s warm and is almost like wearing weighted blanket. When I have the hood up (occasionally) my kids call me the Lazy Jedi… thanks.

This robe is fabulous! I absolutely love it. It keeps me warm and snuggly like a blanket with its fleece lining. The sleeves fit around my arms and wrists as if I am wearing a sweater/sweatshirt, but fits around my body as if it is a robe. One of the first things I realized when I wore this was that for a robe, it is heavy. For me this robe is a cross between a sweater, a robe, and a blanket. I totally recommend getting it. Although it is pretty pricey, I do expect to use this robe for years to come as it is extremely well made and tough.

Perfect for cooler weather, very comfy. The belt is a bit stretchy, so needs a double knot to stay.
