ultimate in versatility- several looks!

Love love love this headband! It is very wide which makes it very versatile. You "scrunch" it to the width you like. Not only does that make it versatile, but comfortable too. The fabric is stretchy of course and lightweight in order than you can use your imagination and play with it to achieve exactly the look you want. I have purchased it now in five colors. No higher recommendation than that.

Weird fabric

The fabric used for this is like that used for thin socks, thick tights, or cheap underwear. It's that super-stretchy knit that snags easily and feels a bit icky. This looks okay once it's on, and I didn't think it was worth returning, given the low sale price. But it was a big disappointment. I nearly threw it out accidentally, in fact, because it was sent wadded into a ball inside two plastic bags. It's just that insubstantial.

Could be better

I started out really liking this headband. I wore it for a week and then it began to unravel. Really?! I paid $22 for this and it's unraveling. This could be made of better material for the price.

Pros and Cons

I like this headband. I fold the tighter edge over, wearing it just above my eyebrows and scrunch the rest of it to the middle of my head. After several machine washings (in a laundry bag) the seem does begin to come apart. I now soak in Woolite. Seriously overpriced!

Wide turban

Unfortunately, too wide for me. But I intend to order more of the same designer in another style. I guess my head is too small for this wide of a turban-type headband. Last year I had an arm cast & this would have fit perfectly over it & been fashionable, too.

weird

I agree with the review that says these are like nylons for your head. After 1 wash, gentle/cold, hang dry, a seam unraveled. If you have sensitive skin, you may think the fabric is itchy (I did). Also, one edge has a tight elastic that keeps the headband in place, but the other edge is loose and doesn't stay in place. It hung off the back of the head. Just a weird headband.

Adequate

It works but I should have read more carefully about the fabric, Relatively flimsy ... I was hoping for a heavier knit.
