What it is: A multifunctional translucent veil of non-nano, broad-spectrum SPF 30 plus moisturizing botanicals to prime your skin for daily radiance.

What it does: This formula offers gentle yet effective protection from UVA and UVB rays and enhances skin so that it appears more plump, smooth and luminous. The non-whitening treatment primer calms and soothes, is non-irritating and scent neutral. It contains sweet iris stem cells which enhance skin so it appears more plump, smooth and luminous; Tamanu, an organic, co-op grown seed oil that imparts a beautiful glow; Chaparral, one of earth's oldest living plants that yields a wildcrafted extract rich in botanical wisdom and lignans that impart an antioxidant-like effect to UV-exposed skin; Local, organic sunflower to deliver a wealth of fatty acids and beta carotene; and sea algae, which gives skin a burst of soothing hydration to leave it soft and supple.
How to use: After applying your morning skin care, liberally apply to skin at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours or after swimming or perspiring.

The BEST!
This is by far the best 'clean' sunscreen I've found. I love that it's cruelty free, and that the ingredient list is void of anything and everything questionable. The texture is fantastic. Super smooth and easy to apply. The first time I tried it I was concerned it might be too thick because it does appear very rich and creamy. Surprisingly once I dabbed it on and distributed it evenly it just melted into a lovely thin layer on my skin. I have slightly oily skin that hates to be smothered, and this cream leaves me with a really nice neutral texture and moisture level. It's honestly perfect, and I would love to buy it in a larger container.

Too Greasy
So I was reluctant to buy this product because of many reviews saying how greasy it is, However I still bought it because there were also many positive reviews as well and I don’t have oily skin so I didn’t think it would be a problem for me.
I was 100% wrong lol. Once this is put on, it brings a tremendous shine to your face as if you’re sweating or haven’t washed your face in a week. It made my face look very oily even if I let it sit and dry, it remained.
It starts as a clay feel but once it’s on you can really feel the oil. I don’t know, not my cup of tea. It just doesn’t sit right on my skin.

effective but
I had thought this product would be wonderful. it had all the right sunscreen components; however, it was too greasy and left a sheen. I had to choose another vendor.

Best Clean Sunscreen
I had been looking for a sunscreen that has clean ingredients and this one is perfect! So many sunscreens have nasty chemicals in it and this one does not. I wear it everyday and it is great alone or under makeup. I will definitely keep purchasing.

I’ve been hunting for a clean sunscreen to go nicely under my makeup, with specifically non-nano zinc. This one delivers! A forewarning to those who don’t regularly use zinc oxide based sun blocks-they are thick and they are supposed to be as they provide a BLOCK to the sun. The chemical sunscreens that are ubiquitous, will absorb the UV rays and provide only a slight filter in a sense. This is as good as it gets, and it’s pretty great. One tip-Allow it to dry a bit before beginning make up application.

heavenly natural sun protection
My new favorite natural face sunscreen! I've tried practically every chemical-free face sunscreen on the market and this will be the one I finally "settle on" and will repurchase. The ingredients are as clean as it gets for sunscreen. The texture is rich, moisturizing, and luxurious. It's very soothing and leaves my skin so plump. It's not tinted and does not leave a white cast which is very difficult to achieve with all natural ingredients. In the morning I wash my face, apply Vitamin C serum, use a light hydrating gel moisturizer, and then layer this on top (I have combination skin type). I haven't tested it out in full sun yet (like at the beach or pool) but it works beautifully for daily use! I would suggest this sunscreen to pretty much anyone except maybe someone with overly oily/acne prone skin.

Great product
Love this product! I have normal/combination skin. The cream has a nice consistency. The only issue is it does leave my skin shiny, so I don't wear it alone.
