UPS showed they deliver these, but they did not.
UPS frequently shows items are delivered when they aren’t and frequently loses items. I don’t know why Nordstrom continues using them. This has happened to me multiple times with Nordstrom orders shipped via UPS. I never received these even though I got an email from Nordstrom telling me that they were delivered and to enjoy them.

Excellent Quality, Runs a Little Small
Excellent quality, leather mule. I bought these for my husband to use as indoor slippers, capable of light outdoor use (patio etc). They are well-made, nice leather and very comfortable. His foot is size 9.5, so we ordered a size 10, but it was too small. No problem with Nordstrom's generous shipping and return policy. We ordered a replacement pair at size 11 and these are absolutely perfect.
