great but why so secretive that these are velvet
The usual great cut from the cloth jeans in the style. Had absolutely no idea these were velvet. Advertised as “black jeans”. Why so secretive?! lol

Length is quite short
These were OK - very thin material but the biggest problem is the length. I'm 5'7, 130 lbs and ordered my usual size 2 in KUT, and these are like floods. Returning.

Wardrobe staple!
Love my new high waisted velvet pants. They fit great, true to size, and are stretchy so you can move with them. Even though it's summer I still bought them because they are just an essential piece to have for your wardrobe. The wide length pant is also just perfect, not too wide. You can wear these with flats or heels. No regret buying them!

I love Kut Meg pants, they are light weight and very comfortable. However, these were advertised as black jean and they are VELVET - would have loved these in December but not so much for spring. Super bummed as I needed some black jeans,

Great fit velvety fabric
I didn't realize that these pants are made of of velvety fabric. They're super lightweight and very flattering. Just long enough with flats. Looks cute with a cropped tee or sweater.

Felted, Velveteen Fabric... Pant Poor Description
The fit, cut, style of these "pants" is great, especially for petite length, but be forewarned these are NOT jean or ponte material. They are indeed pants with a velvet-like material finish and more of a winter-time item. I could not see this well on the website and ordered them thinking they were just black pants or jeans. I was surprised when I opened the package. These are more seasonal. The website description is not great; wanted to let others know. The stars off are more for the poor description than the pants themselves.
