Shoreditch Bow Convertible Crossbody Bag

Hello! I ordered 2 items. The Tory Burch heels are gorgeous and my mother in law will love them! I’m very upset though because my Kurt Geiger Bow bag didn’t arrive in the box. It’s not the end of the world and I have enough on my plate personally, but I’m hoping to be reimbursed soon! Thank you!

I was very disappointed when I received this purse. Not only did it not come in a separate box or a dust bag, but the box it was shipped in was not secured at all. It was only folded on top, no tape was used to secure the top of the box, the corner of the box was ripped. Someone could have easily stuck their hand in the box and removed the purse from the box or the purse could have fallen out of the box. That's how unsecure it was. Additionally, I notified them of this issue and they were not able to do anything other than returning the item. Never had this issue with Nordstrom before. This is not a cheap purse.
