Disappointed
Order this item 5928932 and as you can see there are no crystals on the this bag . The bag is cute but would be even cuter if it was what I order from your website. This is the 2nd time I order and it's a different item along with receiving not good results.

not like the picture
I received the bag and while it looks similar it’s not the same thing. It’s missing the bling/jewels on the front. Hopefully my sister will still like the bag as I’m getting this for her for Christmas but it’s still disappointing

Disappointed
This is nothing like the picture. I couldn’t call it rust. It’s sparkly black with a lot of blue running through it and some rust. Crystal squares are not on it, although that’s ok with me. And the back seam is very crooked.
I love Kurt Geiger but this one is a big miss. Returning it.
