Large Kensington Quilted Leather Shoulder Bag

This purse is great- I find it’s a great size, wonderful leather, easy to access interior and intuitive for organizing. It has one huge design flaw. The strap is attached too high and very oddly (see photo). When you open the purse with one hand, it is impossible to snap again until both hands are free because you have to push the bag upward from the base in order to secure the snaps. If you are someone like me who often needs the ability to both open and re-snap with one hand, this may not be the bag for you. It is very frustrating to get something out of the purse (like a wallet) while holding something like a shopping bag in the other hand. One must use both hands to close it again. I would consider this a large design flaw. I may return it because of this problem.
