Poor quality
On the hunt for a soft teddy/faux fur/fleece-y type tote for the winter. This was my 1st KG purchase. When it arrived there was visible glue on the bottom side of the bag (poor craftsmanship for this price). The zipper was fussy and hard to open and close. Wish there was not any patent on the handles b/c the straps did not sit right on the shoulder. One strap was fine and the other would not lay nicely on my shoulder (the patent bent all weird and stuck out). Fuzz from clothing stuck to the bag. Visually cute bag and soft to the touch.
