Poor Quality - Do NOT recommend
I purchased this in April and they haven't held up at all (its only been 5 months). They are breaking from the seems - the stitching is horrible which makes the shoe lose holding its shape. As well it mentions for quick approaches but the material is so fragile they get torn/abrasions so quickly.
I put in a product request but they consider this normal and won't do anything about it.
If you want to have expensive indoor slippers this is the choice for you

Hello there, thank you for sharing your experience with the Kragg Shoe. We're truly sorry to hear that the durability hasn’t met your expectations, especially given the intended use for quick approaches. We understand how disappointing it is when a product doesn’t hold up over time, and we regret that your Product Service Request wasn’t resolved as hoped. Your feedback regarding stitching and material resilience is important and will be shared with our product team for review. If you’d like to explore alternative footwear options or need further support, we’re here to help.

Super Comfortable, Just Not very Durable.
Super comfortable shoe, like amazing comfort, but not durable, after just 4 months wear and tear on the upper part of the shoe where the foot folds. I have wide feet, had bunion surgery, not an easy client, I reiterate comfort and fit are the best I've experienced in a long time. Just wish they would last longer.

Hole on the top fabric!
I should have trusted the comments addressing the issue of fabric material fraying from the part that outsole bends when taking steps. It was not even 3 months since I bought this Kragg shoe and a small hole appeared there. Now into 5 months and it is getting to the point I am embarrassed to wear it!
This shoe is very comfy, but at this price point, it feels kind of ridiculous thinking my money went to waste this soon...
arcteryx.com response
Hello there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Kragg Shoe. We’re glad to hear the comfort worked well for you, but we’re truly sorry that the fabric began to fray so quickly — having a hole appear within a few months is understandably frustrating, especially when you expect durability at this price point. Your feedback about the wear at the flex point is important, and we appreciate you bringing this forward. If you’d like us to take a closer look or explore options through our after-sale team, we’re here to help.

Midsole crisis
Snug fit but clacky while walking, nice fabric material for breathability , cushioning with the insoles are nice but walking around for a long time with the stiff midsole is a bit punishing
arcteryx.com response
Hello Jayx, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Kragg Shoe. We’re glad to hear the fit, breathability, and insole cushioning are working well for you, and we appreciate your honesty about the clacking sound and how the midsole feels during longer walks. The Kragg is designed to offer a balance of comfort and support, but we understand that the firmer feel can be noticeable over extended periods. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to refine our footwear to better support a range of comfort needs and movement styles.

A near perfect pair of shoes
Overall is a good pair of shoes. One complaint is the ending of the thread is scratching the top of the foot if wear it without socks. Only happens on one side of the pair, indicates that the workmanship needs to be improved.

Comfey Shoe
Comfortable design and looks good. Can’t speak on the durability as I just got it. But hoping the quality is consistent like all the Arcteryx products I’ve purchased in the past.
