Yes, it’s quality. It has a thickness to it, so don’t get if you are looking for a thin material. Limited stretch. I am a 34DDD and got the L. I can button it if I want to. Cropped just at my natural waist at 5’4. Not to tight in the arms-in fact, maybe slightly blousy. Arms fit a bit above my wrist. Spring staple.

I love the fit of this jacket — it’s perfect on my petite frame (5'2", 34C, short torso). I usually wear a size S in jackets, but the M fits true to size on me. The only downside is the oversized buttons. They’re much larger and have color on them than expected, so I’ll be replacing them. If you look at the darker wash photo, you can see what I missed. Great fit, just not a fan of the hardware.

The cropped fit makes the dress fantastic with dresses but unwearable with any pants I own including high waisted ones
