Yes, it’s quality. It has a thickness to it, so don’t get if you are looking for a thin material. Limited stretch. I am a 34DDD and got the L. I can button it if I want to. Cropped just at my natural waist at 5’4. Not to tight in the arms-in fact, maybe slightly blousy. Arms fit a bit above my wrist. Spring staple.
