Shipped in thin paper mailer & got flattened
I can't believe this item shipped in a thin paper mailer. And they didn't include the dust bag either. The fabric on this headband looked like it got flattened a bit, and I think it's due to the thin paper mailer. Nordstrom used to ship in a sturdy box, and that's what is needed when you have a bendable/breakable item. Very disappointed, and I am shocked how Nordstrom mails now. I will be returning this item and will buy these headbands directly from the brand. I prefer to buy from Nordies to get points, but it seems I can't even do that anymore. Come on Nordstrom, don't be so cheap with your packaging. I expect bad packaging from cheapo stores, I expected better from you.
