fabric doesn't hold shape, sits above navel

sits higher on the waist than pictured. It rests above my navel, I'm a size 12. The fabric seems like it will crease easily and not hold its shape, I have noticed this wearing it just 5 minutes around the house. If you buy, I strongly recommend buying two sizes and returning one, as they don't accept exchanges and they also will not honor an offer code that you used to purchase the same item in one size when trying to order a replacement of the same item in a size that will hopefully fit you.
