Sunset Stroll Cardigan

Cute sweater, but the color bled onto the shirt I wore underneath and stained it horribly. I tried beaching the shirt, but it’s ruined. I put a white hoodie on over the stained shirt before I’d realized what happened and that got stained, too. The color was all over my hands and any skin it touched. And I had worn the sweater for only a couple hours. I followed the instructions and washed the cardigan prior to wearing it. I’m disappointed that Nordstrom would sell a product like this. I don’t recommend buying it.

I have owned this cardigan from Kiyonna in the past and this one doesn’t compare. The material is cheap and doesn’t fit as comfortably. I prefer the old knit over this, so I returned it.

I’m not sure why this cardigan got 1-2 stars by others. I washed it in cold water, delecate cycle, with a color catcher sheet (love those!) and hung to dry. No issues with color rubbing off onto clothes, but I have found that with this type of fabric (by any manufacturer) that the dye can do that if you don’t wash it before wearing and sometimes the dye will continue to come out after several washes, but not when it’s dry (as you wear it). When I wear it, I leave it open, but cinch it to highlight my curves. Great find!

I was worried about sizing because I'm in between sizes! I got this in a 5x because the 4x was very tight. I actually wear a 3x in everything but this brand a 5 is a 3 for everything and I'll just say I've had so many compliments on this, as well as other tops from the same brand. I love it and it's so soft and comfy! Well made not cheap!

This cardigan is good for multitasking if you want a layering piece. It's very soft but don't expect an elegant knit, this feels like a soft tshirt material, nice to run quick errands, etc, but nothing special. A good piece to own in several colors, I don't regret buying it and would purchase more of them if they offered them in aubergine, burgundy, camel, emerald green, dark teal colors.

I love the style and cut but the material did not hold up well. The fabric got little pills all over it and it picks up EVERYTHING. Almost like it has tape on it. I’m constantly picking stuff off of it.
