Are different from the ones pictured
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Customer service is superior and the Kitsch team is really friendly.
Unfortunately I didn’t receive the hair ties from the pictures. The ones I’ve received are thinner and have a glue bridge in between. I will return them.
