Actually Cute
While the straps are fixed, as another review mentioned, that's kind of the point and style of the bag. I like that it's simple (e.g, minimalistic) and cute. The kisslock clasp on the front is a fun detail that adds to the bag's overall character.

Received another bag that had been tried on/used. Just in a plastic bag without the straps or hardware covered, it was even missing the dust bag. Returned.

Not a comfortable carry for me
Straps are fixed and too short. Tried the bag on with the stuffing and just not comfy. Wish the straps were longer or even adjustable and removable. This one’s going back! Opted for the smaller barrel instead for the longer drop length and crossbody option
