I had the most terrible experience with this order
I could not believe it when I opened the box and found a lipstick on the bottom with oil leaking outside. When I opened the lipstick box, there was nothing but melted pink
sticky liquid all over. And above that, the color was different from what I ordered. Instead of Peach glow the box is writtne the lipstick itself is written bee glow. When I took it to Nordstrom Rack for a refund, they treated me as though I had tried to return something that had not been ordered and sent me to return it to Nordstrom or to send it back. I have never experienced like this, especially from Nordstrom or any other high-end store like Neiman Marcus. It wasn't very pleasant, and I will never order from Nordstrom. Com or shop Nordstrom Rack.

Exceeded expectations
I love this line of lip balms from Guerlain. The poppy glow is the third color I’ve tried and it’s the perfect, casual everyday red. The formula is very moisturizing and the color is just enough to make my lips look flush (if I dab the product) but if I swipe the product on my lips I get more color. Will buy more if this goes on sale ☺️
Yes it is pricey but it’s not sticky or thick feeling. Dior’s lip balm used to be my go to but now guerlain kiss kiss bee glow is my holy grail lip balms.

I was so very Excited to try this new lip product. I loved the Idea of "Beeswax" as a natural and mositurizing Ingredient . It instead, Is "Dry" without ANY moisture Or shine, and the color, 'Roseglow' look like a cheap pink color on my lips without Any moisture or shine. -- This is Not a balm Or a lipstick.

Honey Glow color turns bright
I got Honey Glow and I love the formula and the packaging but the color turns bright redish-pink on my lips when I put it on, I am not sure what is happening, it looks nothing like the color I see in the tube. I really don't like bright lips.

The balm lasts a while and definitely does keep lips nourished. Not super tinted as shown in the photos which is disappointing. I have to rub it several times to get any color, I got the lilac purple one too thinking it would be a little darker. Great, if you just want something neutral
