Oddly cut
As with the matching vest, this skirt is oddly cut. It is too flippy (which I never thought I'd say about a skirt) and stiff. One side comes out to a sharp point, and the other side falls flat. I think it's just really poorly made. It's also very short, so it would never have been work appropriate.
