Mid rise with stretch
Pistola is such a great denim brand so was excited to see this pair esp for work in this true black color. Unfortunately I think these run big. I’m 5’7” so the inseam length is perfect, but these are a mid rise with a lot of stretch. So they start falling down on me. I usually wear 26 or 27, I’m thinking I’ll need a 25.

Denim Perfection
The second I tried these on I fell in love! They are a soft and stretchy denim, great quality, and just the piece I was looking to add. I am 5'4" so they are long and I will need to hem, even to wear with heels, but I knew that when I ordered. As someone who is curvy, I have a difficult time with pants and denim as my waist and hip measurements mean that I either have to size up for my hips, or hope I can squeeze my hips in to the size that fits my waist. I went with the 29 and the waist fits well without being too tight, and the flare is so flattering. If I were in a store I probably would have tried both sizes, but no complaints on how they fit so I'll stick with them!
