Tessa Colorblock Wool Blend Maternity Coat

Ordered this coat to because I love the look of it. Color blocking grey and black with an empire waist? Sign me up! Decided to try it despite not being pregnant. The fact that they consider it a maternity coat is beyond my understanding. It must be made for a skinny woman who is a month pregnant and hardly shows? It houses my larger behind and hips better than most coats without puckering too much when I sit or folding up in the back at the waist. Maybe it'd be too big on me if I were really thin. I purchased a Large and it fits very nicely. The lining is a very sweet polkadot pattern AND it has interior pockets!! Women's coats so rarely have pockets, so this is a real winner. I'd recommend this coat to you if you like the look of it, but not if you're very pregnant.

I have been looking for a nice heavy maternity coat that I'll be able to wear all Winter through my final 5 months of pregnancy and this coat nailed it. So nicely made and the detachable hood is a bonus, it is nicely lined with a cute polka pattern. I'm 5'9", 150 lbs, 5 months pregnant and I ordered a medium and have lots of room to grow.

I loved this coat so much, I considered having it altered so I could wear it even after the baby came. Worth every penny.

Coat looks nice and will keep you warm in cold temperatures.

So happy I made this purchase. It has plenty of room for belly to grow & it's super comfy/warm. I was nervous about sizing at first but found the XS was perfect to grow into. I'm 4"11 & 115 pounds (14 weeks pregnant), wanted to make sure I had a good coat for the fall/winter as the one I had is snug! Definitely worth the purchase.
