I originally purchased it for my sister and husband, who have sensitive skin with occasional redness and eczema; it works so well for them that when I had my arm in a cast, it helped the healing process. Once the cast was removed, my arm was itchy and peeling. After a week of using the Meltdown Recovery cream, the skin on my arm returned to normal. I am a big fan of this cream, not just for the face.
