Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel Face Cream

Thank you for sharing your honest experience with us and for reaching out, IanM98! We sincerely apologize to hear that our Ultra Facial Oil-Free Gel Cream did not provide the lasting hydration your skin needed throughout the day, leaving it feeling dry by the evening despite having an oily skin type. A quick tip, try applying the gel cream onto slightly damp skin right after cleansing or misting. When oily skin lacks water, it can actually overproduce oil to compensate, causing it to feel tight yet greasy. Applying the gel to damp skin locks in that vital water moisture without adding heavy weight, keeping your skin hydrated longer while maintaining your preferred matte finish. However, please rest assured that we are documenting your detailed insights and sharing them directly with our product team, as feedback like yours is vital in helping us evaluate and improve our formulas for future updates.
