With 10% HEPES, this unique formula performs as well as a potent, leave-on 10% glycolic acid chemical peel. Recommended if your skin texture appears dull and ruddy; your skin is sensitive to chemical treatments yet requires additional exfoliation; your skin demonstrates free-radical and photo-damage; or dark spots and/or hyper-pigmentation are visible on skin.
