Item arrived damaged
I recently ordered something from Nordstrom and it arrived damaged. I thought customer service would make it right, but nope. Instead, they told me to request a return label, package the item myself, and send it back for a refund. Seriously?
It's such a hassle. I expected them to handle it more smoothly, maybe offer a pickup or an immediate replacement. It's disappointing because I always thought Nordstrom had great service. Hope they fix this because it was a real letdown.
If you value your time and money, avoid shopping here.

More expensive
I have been using this for years and do like it... what I don't like is the giant price increase! Can't justify continuing to purchase at the new pricing. So long Kiehls!
