Baby Gentle Hair & Body Wash

As an adult I use this Kiehl's baby shampoo and wash for my face during the Spring and Summer to soothe and cleanse away allergy causing dust when the weather is hot and windy. Although it sounds strange the product really does not burn your eyes and is gentle enough to use all season. It has a mild scent that is so pleasant. I have used this for years for this purpose even back when the formula was a foam - and it was actually recommended to me by my eye doctor.

I am beyond upset and disappointed that Kiehl’s has decided to discontinue the Gentle Hair & Body Wash. This was the only product that worked for my daughter’s delicate hair and sensitive skin. I’ve tried countless alternatives over the years, and nothing came close to how well this product worked for her. Shame on whoever made this decision. Why take away something so many parents trusted and relied on? This wasn’t just a bottle of wash, it was peace of mind, knowing I had something gentle, safe, and effective for my child. I truly don’t know what we’ll do now. Kiehl’s, please reconsider. You had a product that worked perfectly. Why fix what wasn’t broken?
